The Integrated Programs in Biomedical Sciences (IPIBS) is a pathway for entering graduate students who are interested in obtaining a Ph.D. in biomedical research. Students are choose which departmental programs best match their research interests and career needs; and take a flexible core-curriculum during their first year. They complete their course requirements and begin their research in one of the five basic biomedical science programs.
