Participants work in collaborative groups within their school district or location. The program is limited to Kansas teachers, and certification is valid only in Kansas. The program is designed to allow educators to address issues that are relevant and applicable to their classrooms and school sites. To complete the program, students must complete five semester-long courses totaling 15 credit hours.
