M.S.- Human Resource Development
Online

The master of science in human resource development prepares students for HRD careers in higher education, industry, government, and other agencies. Course work is designed to enable students to complete their degrees while maintaining full-time employment or other responsibilities. The program requires a total of 33-36 hours. All courses are offered on-line. On-campus visits are not required. The program combines a flexible core curriculum with a directed specialization option. Students may choose a specialization to reflect their current area of employment, work experience, or particular area of interest. Students obtain practical, applied work experience by completing an occupational internship. This internship can be completed while maintaining current employment, but requires affiliation with industry or appropriate organizations.

Accreditation Information: Indiana State University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
