The master of science in health and safety is a 32-hour (minimum) program that includes a specialization in occupational safety management. Graduates are qualified to be specialists who evaluate and control chemical, physical and biological hazards in business and industry; analyze individual and group safety performances; advise personnel of safety and health hazards; and promote occupational safety. All courses are delivered via the Internet and desktop videoconferencing. On-campus visits are not required.
