Our M.S. programs are designed to provide our graduates with an improved ability to deliver quality health care and/or educational programs through enhanced knowledge of the principles of nutrition-related metabolism, nutritional issues pertaining to the different stages of the life cycle, and metabolic aberrations that occur in various disease states. Completion of courses in the use of computer-based technologies; presentations skills; teaching strategies; statistics and the evaluation of research prepares students for the advanced level of practice required for positions in administration, clinical dietetics, education, business, and research.
