The program provides graduate students with an opportunity to earn a certificate in Law and Social Science, awarded separately from their academic degree. The program brings together the research staff of the American Bar Foundation, which is the preeminent institute for the empirical study of law in the United States, with the students and faculty of The Graduate School and the Law School.
