This program is designed primarily for students wishing to study psychology with the plan of applying for doctoral study in the areas of cognition, learning, memory, neuropsychology, perception, social and cognitive science. The training is also applicable to community college teaching and certain positions in treatment settings and the business-industrial sector where research skills are valuable. A research thesis and 37 hours of course work are required.
