Training for the PhD is multidisciplinary, including Certificate options in Planning Studies and in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance. Accordingly, the core curriculum is combined with offerings from other departments at the University and with practicum experience in education, corrections, judicial, government, and/or social welfare settings.
