This program is designed for science teachers who: Are currently teaching and who are already certified, would like to pursue a Masters Degree in Science Education but may be unable to attend regular class sessions,are competent in a science content area or who have the ability to develop such content expertise on ones own. The program will not emphasize content development but rather will focus on science teaching methods, research, pedagogy, and philosophy. Although this program is not structured around science content, this content is embedded within each of the courses.
