It is planned for graduates of B.A. Liberal Arts English programs or for graduates of other programs with a substantial number of hours in English. Plan I - Master of Arts in English Education designed for fully certified teachers of English who hold a degree in English Education or who are otherwise eligible for a Rank II Florida certificate.
