The Hopkins-Nanjing Center is an educational joint venture between the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies based in Washington DC, USA and Nanjing University in China. The center is based in Nanjing with a Chinese and American staff, and gives students from China, the United States and other countries the opportunity to study alongside each other while developing their target language skills and cultural knowledge. The center has developed an interdisciplinary program of studies based around courses in political science, international relations, history and law, all taught in the target language by native speaking professors.
