The Nursing program at Saint Joseph College has three specialty areas of study:
1.Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing - Graduates provide mental health and psychiatric nursing care to persons in need of these services. Students are prepared in individual, group and family psychotherapeutic modalities.
2. Family Health Nursing - Graduates move on to manage health concerns of families directly in an outpatient or community setting.
3. Family Health Clinical Nurse Specialist - Graduates from this program move on to manage health concerns of families directly, or indirectly through consultation and education in various health care settings.
