The School of Education offers a full-time, five-semester program for students to earn a master of arts in teaching elementary education or secondary education. We also offer a sixth-year diploma in educational leadership. We offer exciting courses taught by experienced professors ready to share their knowledge with you. Teacher Certification The School of Education follows the teaching standards of the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education. The school is accredited by the Connecticut Department of Education, which participates in the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification Interstate Contract.
