The Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology (MAIOP) is a career-oriented program that prepares its students for positions in human resource management, organizational development and change, and related fields. The MAIOP program offers students three options: thesis, internship/practicum, or approved electives. Within each of these program options students may elect to concentrate in industrial-personnel psychology, organizational psychology, or conflict management. The accelerated year and a half program runs on a trimester schedule and admits students on a rolling basis.
