This program is offered only part-time, meeting full days on Saturday and Sunday according to the university trimester schedule. The curriculum is designed to prepare graduates with a deep understanding of the close connection between nutrition, health and disease as well as to provide them with a detailed study of the body of knowledge necessary to understand these close connections and the evidence supporting them.
