The IPE track will emphasize the macro dimensions of the role of the state and the market in the international political economy of development, trade, investment, and finance with a specific country or region focus. The IPER Program will specialize in the role of a specific natural resource sector in interstate relations and global contexts of trade, finance, investment, technology transfer, and environmental concerns.
