The online Master of Science in Computer Information Technology (MSCIT) was developed in partnership with Sun Microsystems, Inc.T and through an Academic Alliance with ORACLET Corporation.This program will prepare you to meet present and future technological and management challenges with the critical thinking skills necessary to perform creatively, ethically, and effectively in a wide range of contexts. The curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation in computer hardware and software, systems design, communications, and project/team management skills for the rapidly changing IT industry. You will learn to assess the information needs of an organization, implement leading-edge technologies, and discover innovative solutions to business problems. You select areas of emphasis in Database, Networking, Object-Oriented, E-Commerce, and Management. A total of 36 credit hours are required to earn a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology Degree.
