The program's professional objective is to develop open and compassionate graduates whose skills in dialogue, systems thinking, strategic planning, disciplined inquiry, group dynamics and leadership enhance their current career path, or prepare them for a change of direction. Students in the Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology may choose to focus their studies in one of three particular areas of specialization depending on their professional goals: Creative Expression, Spiritual Guidance, or Research and Education.
