Courses will be taught by doctoral-level or Master’s level instructors with both broad experience in areas of law enforcement and psychology and specialized expertise in cognitive aspects of functioning and decision-making, international issues in policing, police psychology, organized crime, drug trafficking, Special Operations management, and law enforcement organizational administration. The intended learner is a law enforcement administrator at the level of Lieutenant or above who is currently seeking to promote to Captain or higher rank.
