The online master's program in Educational Technology is a rigorous and standards-based program. The delivery of the program is 85% online and 15% face-to-face meetings. It takes 13 months to complete. The program in organized with approx. 24 students taking courses together with a full-time professor serving as a mentor throughout the program. This structure creates a collaborative environment in which students of various backgrounds, careers, and geographic locations become a team and support each other's learning in a distributed learning community. Pepperdine's Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Technology is designed to prepare leaders in the field of technological applications and innovation in the world of education and business. Students attend classes in a mix of face-to-face and Internet sessions. Students communicate asynchronously through e-mail and newsgroups.
