The Arizona Ph.D. in the History and Theory of Art is a collaborative program with the University of Arizona in Tucson and Arizona State University in Tempe. The emphasis is on interdisciplinary methodologies and electronic technologies to prepare students for research, teaching and museum careers. The M.A. is a highly selective graduate program where serious scholars study advanced art history.
