Topics include contractor organization and management, legal aspects of construction, and financial planning. In addition, this graduate certificate will allow professionals to specifically focus on the legal aspects of Environmental Engineering and Construction Management including legal, ethical, and intellectual property issues. Award of the certificate requires the successful completion of 12 credits with a grade of “B” or better each of the four courses.     Accreditation Information: NJIT is Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Universities.
