The Department of Preventive Medicine at the University of Southern California offers the Master of Public Health (MPH) degree for students and professionals interested in the application of health promotion and disease prevention technologies and interventions designed to improve and enhance the quality of life. In addition to receiving training in the core areas of public health, students have the opportunity to define their specialty by tailoring their course of study to include one of four tracks: health promotion, biostatistics/epidemiology, nutrition and health communication.
