The Molecular Medicine Program is located within the Department of Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine with the faculty consisting of scientist from all major basic and clinical departments. This graduate program differs from other graduate programs by offering Ph.D. students with a comprehensive knowledge of human biology and disease as well as biochemistry and molecular biology. This provides the students with the foundation to develop basic research programs that will have fundamental clinical implications.
