Students in technology management prepare for positions of technical leadership and responsibility in business, industry and government. The program develops both the managerial and technical skills of its graduates. Students specialize in a technical area designed to meet their personal and professional needs. Popular specialty areas include, but are not limited to Quality Management, Industrial Engineering Technology, Production Operations, Information Technology, Packaging and Supply Chain Management. The program is particularly appropriate for people who have undergraduate degrees in such areas as technology, engineering or business.
   
Accreditation Information: The Graduate School at UW-Stout is fully accredited by the North Central Association of College and Secondary Schools (NCA) to offer programs at the master's and education specialist levels.
