HOD encourages adult learners to bring work and community challenges to their study, and promotes student/faculty interaction through mentoring and dialogue in a variety of face to-face and virtual settings. Our students have the rare opportunity to create a custom curriculum and learning road map that fits their professional needs and research interests. The Human and Organizational System doctoral degree emphasizes organizational, community, and social systems, as informed by organization and management studies, systems theories, and related social science fields.
