The program provides a range of courses in literature in English, including British and American literature; creative writing, professional writing, composition, and rhetorical theory; and literary history, theory, and critical methods. The 48 credit M.A./M.S. in Writing offers study in Fiction, Creative Non Fiction, Poetry, Technical Writing and our new Publishing Program/Press. The motives and destinations of the students in the program vary.
