Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Principal Preparation (CAGS) This program meets the requirements specified by the state of New Jersey and is designed to serve the person who has already earned a Master’s degree and who wants to qualify as a principal in the public schools. The Principal’s Certification Program comprises three different tracks. Applicants must select a track that best meets their needs (based on supervisory experience and NJ Certification code) at the time of admission.
