The faculty of the Educational Leadership program of the School of Education at California Lutheran University is dedicated to the mission of developing competent leaders for California schools. In the fulfillment of that mission we hold strongly to the following six tenets and invite you to join with us in this commitment.Program Goals Vision of Learning: Promote the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. Student Learning and Professional Growth: Promote the success of all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture and instructional program conducive to student learning and staff professional growth. Organizational Management for Student Learning: Promote the success of all students by ensuring management of the organization, operations, and resources for a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment. Working with Diverse Families and Communities: Promote the success of all students by collaborating with families and community members, responding to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilizing community resources.
