Whether you are looking for a position at a government or a nonprofit agency, St. Joseph’s College’s M.S. in Human Services Management and Leadership will develop the specialized management skills necessary to advance in these fields.
Our program, which provides human services professionals with a comprehensive management education that focuses on current human services issues, emphasizes the financial, legal, regulatory, managerial, political, social and historical aspects of the human services industry.
The M.S. in Human Services Management and Leadership will draw on three existing courses and will add seven new courses specific to human services management. Throughout the curriculum, the program will support the development of ethical behavior and social responsibility, including diversity within the workplace.
