· The curriculum was designed after extensive consultation with Johnson & Johnson representatives to meet the particular educational requirements of its associates. · Students are selected and courses are conducted to maximize the opportunities for learning from each other as well as from a distinguished faculty of outstanding teachers, researchers and practitioners. · Most of the curriculum (14 of 17 classes) is conveyed via the Web in a format that allows busy professionals to complete their work at nearly any time and in any location. We recognize the demands that family, work and other responsibilities place on your time and have designed the curriculum structure accordingly. Email, chat rooms, streaming video, and online threaded discussions support extensive communications among students and faculty members. · The remaining courses are taught in face-to-face, week-long residency sessions at the beginning, middle and end of the program. Two of the residency sessions will be taught in Philadelphia in LeBow's new state-of-the-art Leonard Pearlstein Business Learning Center, while the third one will be held internationally.
