PREFORMANCE THROUGH LEARNING

With locations in Miami Shores and the Treasure Coast, the Organizational Learning and Leadership degree program is a 33- or 36-credit hour program leading to a Master of Science degree.  The program meets the professional growth needs of adults aspiring to improve their skills to successfully lead within profit or non-profit organizations as facilitators of employee, team, and organizational development.

The program prepares student in creating a learning organization that enhances preformance throughout the work space.  Within the OLL degreee, we also offer a Higher Education Administration specialization track that addresses the unique needs of institutions of higher education including the areas of policy development and conflict management.
