Seton Hall, an internationally-recognized university founded in 1856, offers many outstanding academic campus-based and online programs. The University’s blended online masters’ program in Human Resource Training and Development is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and professional experience in law enforcement or criminal justice. This exceptional, graduate-level experience prepares students for leadership roles in law enforcement. Classes meet online and one weekend on campus each year, making this program convenient for busy professionals with complex schedules. Faculty includes distinguished scholars and practitioners from the fields of education, psychology and criminal justice. Students receive a 50% discount off of Seton Hall’s graduate tuition, and are eligible for Stafford Loans. This 2-year, 36-credit program is offered over 6 semesters – fall, spring, and summer.
