In this program students learn the skills required for engaging in creative and innovative landscape design processes that express society’s aesthetic, philosophical, and practical relationships with the land and nature. The curriculum draws upon other disciplines, including horticulture and ecology; visual arts; cultural and literary studies; philosophy; history; and geography, to contribute different perspectives on landscape.
