NAU's MA in Anthropology offers intensive computer training, strong faculty support, individualized study, and training for current job market challenges. "NAU Anthropology builds M. A.'s who can write, speak, compute, and do applied and research work in Archaeology, Cultural and Linguistic Anthropology." --Francis E. Smiley, Professor "Our programs offer students unique opportunities to apply anthropological theory, knowledge, and practice. NAU is located in a spectacular environment which provides exciting conditions for teaching, learning, and achieving personal growth in all possible anthropological endeavors." --Robert T. Trotter II, Regents' Professor NAU offers Master's degrees in archaeology, cultural anthropology, and linguistic anthropology. Students have the option to pursue either the thesis or applied track in any one of the three fields: Archaeology Cultural Anthropology Linguistic Anthropology At NAU you can tailor the program to fit your specific needs, but we also have these foci areas: Cultural and Language Revitalization Communities and Globalization Health/Medical Sutainability and Environment
