The program focuses on those skills needed by nurses to succeed in the changing health care environment: enhanced critical thinking, assessment, problem solving, and communication skills. Graduates will be ready to immediately assume leadership positions in a variety of clinical settings or start an exciting career in research and teaching. The faculty who teach in the MSN program are experienced educators with extensive experience as advanced practice nurses. Classes are small and the faculty are always willing to provide students individual attention.
