The M.Arch is a professional degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The mission of the M.Arch. degree program is to develop the skills, knowledge, and methods of inquiry necessary for the professional practice of architecture. Students with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated major are admitted to a three-year program. Advanced standing of up to two semesters is available for students with a bachelor's degree with a major in architecture. Students with a 5-year accredited Bachelor of Architecture professional degree or its equivalent are admitted into the one-year Post-Professional Master of Architecture program.
