The Department has the primary responsibility for the Infectious Diseases and Experimental Pathology graduate program and is actively involved in graduate teaching in appropriate areas of specialization of study towards M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. A graduate degree may be pursued concurrently with residency training leading to board certification offered by the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine, the American College of Veterinary Microbiologists, and the American College of Veterinary Pathologists.
