MSU LawÆs Intellectual Property & Communications Law Program is nationally ranked as a top 20 program. The LL.M./M.J. in Intellectual Property & Communications Law provide the advanced knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with this ever-changing and growing field of law. The LL.M. is available to students with a J.D., LL.B. or comparable law degree. The Master of Jurisprudence (M.J.) is for individuals who do not have a law degree but would benefit from advanced knowledge in this area of the law. Students may select to study the general category of Intellectual Property Law or choose from the following specialized tracks: Communications Law, Copyright/Trademark Law, Entertainment and Sports Law, International Intellectual Property Law, Patent Law.
