The graduate curriculum emphasizes economic theory, quantitative methods, empirical analysis and public policy. Program flexibility permits specialization aimed toward preparation towards for careers in teaching, extension, research, management, and foreign and domestic service with agencies of federal and state governments and other public agencies and private business.
