This program takes a look at the human potential and the creative process in order to make the most of self-knowledge, and furthering human potential and opportunities. The program begins with a view of psychology particularly appropriate to the humanistic tradition and allows for applications in a variety of professions Students in this program receive a theoretical and practical understanding of the creative process including significant theoretical models, psychological components, sociological implications, factors that encourage and discourage creativity, creativity in organizations and creativity in specific domains.
