The Master of Science in Quality Management was developed using the American Society for Quality (ASQ) body of knowledge required for the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), and Certified Quality Auditor (COA). A student in this program will master a variety of methods that include the human factors that influence quality and statistical techniques for continuous product and process improvement. Our students are typically mid-career individuals with quality-related responsibilities in areas such as manufacturing, social services, food services, printing, finance, education, construction, engineering, health care and government. Career Opportunities: The MS in Quality Management degree offers a flexible format for those who want to meet specific educational and career objectives. Students in the program often enhance their career options by gaining the contemporary knowledge and perspective required of both quality managers and those who are responsible for one or more aspects of quality improvement in their organizations. Graduates usually discover increased advancement opportunities and the potential for a higher salary.
