The Advanced Generalist program broadens and adds depth to the values, knowledge, and skills of the Generalist social worker. Social workers in Advanced Generalist Practice use their advanced skills as direct service providers in interventions with individuals, families, groups and communities, as supervisors, managers, administrators, researchers and social planners.
