M.Sc. - Child Forensic Studies: Psychology and Law
Online

This course is for people working with children who might interface with the law, including police officers, lawyers, social workers and psychologists. It is a course specially designed to meet the requirements of busy professionals who are involved with working with children who are witnesses, victims or offenders. As people taking the course will come from all parts of the UK (and from overseas), and many will be working on a full-time basis, the course is based largely on distance learning principles, with optional residential conferences. The course has been developed as a joint venture between the Universities of Portsmouth and Leeds. The full MSc course is nominally of three years duration, although students have some control over the pace at which the course is delivered. Many students successfully achieve, after two years, all that is required for the award of Postgraduate Diploma.
