This program is composed of core courses and courses focused in gifted education. The core course work includes study in learning theory, instructional technology, instructional leadership, instructional strategies and measurement and assessment, and action research. These courses are designed to enhance the process of teaching and learning in the elementary, middle or high school classroom. All core courses are online and accessible from any computer with an Internet connection. Focus area courses include a combination of online course work and campus visits.
