Students address cutting edge issues in management, education, business, systems design, health care, government, and community services while valuing the individual within the organization. Saybrook's humanistic philosophy is integrated into all areas of study. The Organizational Systems program aims to educate leaders in various fields to become adept at designing and changing organizations that reflect the highest human ideals.
