The Organizational Systems program is designed to educate students who want to make a difference in organizations and communities. Students address cutting edge issues in management, education, business, systems design, health care, government, and community services while valuing the individual within the organization. Saybrook's humanistic philosophy is integrated into all areas of study. The Organizational Systems program aims to educate leaders in various fields to become adept at designing and changing organizations that reflect the highest human ideals. We also offer a multi-year scholarship awards that have a potential value of $24,000 for a Ph.D. program and $12,000 for a M.A. program.
