This program is designed to offer human relations training to clergy and others active in Christian ministry who desire counseling skills. The purpose of this nonclinical track is to provide training and practice in interpersonal skills using a foundation of biblical human nature. The primary objective of this program is to place in the community, churches, and work place, people who are skillful, caring, and can help develop the spiritual and emotional well-being of those with whom they interact. The goal of the program is not to develop clinical professionals, but to train students who seek to help within a church/ministry setting.
