Indiana State University offers a graduate certificate in public administration and a graduate certificate in public personnel administration. Both certificate programs are delivered online (via the Internet) by faculty of Indiana State University's program in public administration. Students are awarded a certificate after completing four courses, or twelve credit hours, of work. Credit earned in either certificate program may be applied toward the University's master degree in public administration (MPA), which is offered on-line through the Public Administration Program within the Department of Political Science.
