Students take charge of their learning by setting their own goals and designing the course of studies by which to achieve them. The learning takes place in one-on-one dialogue with a faculty advisor, and in community experiences with peers and faculty. We encourage students to become the kind of artist they want to be, without trying to socialize anyone into a preconception of what an artist should be or should do.
