The PGDiploma will normally be completed in a period of 15 months. The LLM will normally be attained by successfully undertaking a further 12 months of study including the completion of a dissertation. Additionally, applicants who have successfully completed a Legal Practice Certificate containing a significant number of Business Law related electives may proceed directly to the LLM stage in a period of 12 months. You will be provided with printed units to work through, which include references for the necessary primary sources as well as explanation and analysis and written assignments.
